St. John's wort works wonders on sore, stiff muscles where there might be nerve damage or nerve pain, while goldenrod is a powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic that relaxes twisted, tight, cramped muscles. Use on everything from from sports injuries to carpal tunnel.

Ingredients (all homegrown, organic, or wild herbs): cayenne, calendula, st. john's wort, and goldenrod in PA sunflower oil & beeswax
