Good Fight Herb Co.‘s Lights Out is a lovely formula for winding down and promoting a deeper, more restful sleep without any morning grogginess. Supportive for those having trouble falling and/or staying asleep, it is recommended to take before bed and again upon waking in the night.
To use, take 1-2 dropperfuls on the tongue or in water while getting ready for bed. Packaged in a 1 oz amber glass bottle with dropper top.
Ingredients (all organic): Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Maypop (Passiflora incarnata), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica), Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Hops (Humulus lupulus), cane alcohol
