Breathe Easy tincture

Open the airways, strengthen mucus membranes, and breathe into stillness with Ms. Tea's Breathe Easy tincture.

This blend features mullein leaf to cool inflamed airways and strengthen the breath when spasm is present, goldenrod & stinging nettle to support seasonal allergies when taken regularly, elderflower & hyssop to move the breath and clear respiratory flow, and essences of yerba santa, eyebright, usnea, & pine to support clarity of intention and release grief held in the lungs.

Tincture is packaged in a 1 oz glass bottle with dropper top. To use, take 20-30 drops 2-3x a day on the tongue or in any beverage.
